DESCRIPTION:The CIO Forum will serve as an addition to TENET’s governanc
 e structure and will be composed of CIOs and senior IT executives from pub
 lic universities and research and education related entities that currentl
 y qualify to receive TENET’s services.\n\nThe CIO Forum will be held on 
 the 7th - 8th October 2026\, at The Birchwood Hotel & OR Tambo Conference 
 Centre\n(TBA) There will be a sponsored CIO supper on the 7th October 2026
 .\nThe CIO Forum will start at 12h00 on the 7th October with a lunch and e
 nd on the 8th October at 12h00.\n\nTo be done by the Delegate & Institutio
 n:\nTravel Arrangements:\nYour institution will need to pay for the travel
  expenses (flights\, accommodation\, and transport to/from the venue) and 
 claim them back from TENET.\nTENET will only cover reasonable flight expen
 ses and accommodation that an institution's travel policy would usually co
 ver.\nTENET will sponsor a 1 night stay at The Birchwood Hotel on the 7th 
 October 2026. Any other accommodation booked above that one night will be 
 an institutional expense.\nPlease do not book travel until you have receiv
 ed confirmation from TENET that your registration to attend has been appro
