 se the Board on all aspects of the contractual relationship with TENET\, a
 ssessment of TENET's service delivery performance\, and other related matt
 ers.\nEach institution that has signed TENET's REN Services Agreement is e
 ntitled to designate two individuals to act as members of the Reference Gr
 oup. \nAttendance at SLA Reference Group meetings is limited to those nom
 inees or otherwise by invitation.\nPlease note: While online observers are
  welcome\, the session is not structured for full hybrid participation. Ob
 servers may submit questions in writing before or during the meeting.\nWe
