TENET CIO Forum

The CIO Forum will serve as an addition to TENET’s governance structure and will be composed of CIOs and senior IT executives from public universities and research and education related entities that currently qualify to receive TENET’s services.

Programme Overview

• Day 1 | 15 April 2026
  The Forum will commence at 12:00, with lunch provided.
  A TENET-sponsored CIO supper will take place in the evening.

• Day 2 | 16 April 2026
  The Forum will conclude at 12:00, with lunch provided.

Travel & Accommodation

Delegates and their institutions are responsible for arranging:

• Flights

• Accommodation at the venue (once announced)

Once bookings have been made, please email reception@tenet.ac.za to request a TENET Claims Form for reimbursement.

Reimbursement Guidelines

• TENET will reimburse reasonable travel costs in line with institutional travel policies.

• Travel expenses must be paid upfront by the institution and claimed back from TENET.

• Do not book travel until you have received confirmation from TENET that your registration has been approved.
